Our part – assistance in the development, selection of materials (carbon fiber based material) for Elbit. Our extensive experience over many years and our specific knowhow of the most innovative and complex materials range, has led us to be able to design and develop projects with great challenges and sometimes adventurous.
The replacement of metal handcuffs with polymer handcuffs, stretched us and the raw material manufacturers who participated in the process to the edge of the ability of polymer materials. The result is a perfect handcuff without any metal part, including the design and implementation of a unique chain to replace the iron chain in a regular handcuff.
The handcuff is the only one in the world that meets the American NIJ standard for tensile and spiral tests. No metal handcuff has reached this level.
It is also invisible to magnetometers and MRI, and therefore allows the free walking of a person thru gates without removing the handcuff. The cuffs may contains unique detection and tracking means. The cuffs are lightweight, does not freeze or heat in extreme climatic conditions, don’t rust, and many other advantages for both the user and the cuffed person.
We have a long-standing expertise in the development and manufacture of holsters and pouches for a variety of pistols and magazines. We combine hard and soft materials to create tailor made holsters for user’s needs, in an optimal, economical and effective way. We also develop and manufacture custom cases, including interior linings, closure methods and various hinges. We gained immense experience with Springfield armory USA, IWI Israel, Meprolight and others over the years.
We have developed, designed, and manufactured roots temperature control device. The device enables water circulation from a tank buried 12 meters deep in the ground at a constant temperature of 23 degrees C, the roots experience an ideal temperature summer, and winter, allowing the plant a constant stable growth. The system significantly increase plant yield, such as cannabis whose leaf yield increased by 40%.
